Getting the goods

Fulfillment Times - We love what we do, which means we take the time and care to do it right. We're not Amazon. Our prints are lovingly printed, rolled, and wrapped by hand into protective mailing tubes in California, and this fulfillment process takes up to five business days. If you paid for 1-3 day shipping, for example, the 1-3 days begins after fulfillment, not from the moment an order is placed. Rush Orders - For urgent orders, we offer expedited domestic and international shipping. This service can be expensive. If you choose expedited shipping, it's like being admitted to an exclusive club: doors will open, random babies will start smiling at you, flight attendants will upgrade your tickets, and your Design Hacks order will be given the highest priority in our printing queue. The expedited shipping methods you must choose to receive high priority are: FedEx Express Saver, FedEx 2 Day, and FedEx Standard Overnight. Other shipping methods like USPS Priority do not qualify.

Group Discounts - We do institutional orders for schools and teams. Email us for details with the details of your order and we'll make some magic happen.

Logistical anomalies

Wrong Address - If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address that is considered insufficient by the shipping company, the shipment will, sadly, be returned all the way back to our warehouse in California. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you. Ouch! To avoid this, please enter your correct shipping address when you order.

International Customs / VAT Payments - If you request international shipping, please be aware that overseas international shipments can incur customs charges or VAT. Unfortunately, customs inspectors and international duties are beyond our control and even beyond our ability to predict, therefore we cannot and will not be able to pay these charges for you. To be crystal clear: the customer is required to bear all international customs and duties levied on their package by customs in their local country. We apologize in advance for this for any delays or additional fees your friendly local government inspectors deign to levy against you.

Lost or Damaged Shipments - It's rare for an order to damaged in shipping, but accidents can and do happen. If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the package showing the damage and mail it to: jm3 at designhacks.co. We'll ship you a replacement order free of charge. Important note: all damaged or lost shipments must be reported within 30 days of ordering.

Incorrect Shipments - If you received a different size or product in your shipment than you ordered, let us know by sending a photo of the packing slip to us. Then, after we respond, please return the package to the address it was sent from.

Return Policy / Do you accept returns?

DESIGN HACKS cannot accept returns in the case of undamaged merchandise. Returns are only accepted for damaged shipments with photo proof of the damage (see above). Once an order has been confirmed, payment accepted, and fulfillment has begun, there are no cancellations. Caveat emptor, and thank you.
